Product features may be improved or updated from time to time.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All quotations and invoices define applicable taxes, discounts, and commercial terms. Prices may change based on component costs or service scope.

Delayed payments may lead to paused services or delayed support.

5. Installation & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing proper access to installation sites
• Ensuring electrical & mechanical readiness
• Safe handling & operating of installed equipment
• Avoiding unauthorized repair or modifications

Retrack is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

6. Warranty

Retrack hardware includes a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or incorrect installation.

7. Use of Software & Cloud Platform

You receive a limited license to use the Retrack Cloud Dashboard for internal business operations. You must not hack, copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.

8. Data Ownership & Privacy

Operational data generated from using our systems belongs to the customer. Retrack processes this data only for providing reports, analytics, and platform security. Personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

While we aim for maximum uptime, services may be affected by maintenance, server issues, network outages, or external factors beyond our control.

10. Distributor & Partner Responsibilities

Authorized partners must:

• Promote our products ethically
• Not misrepresent product capabilities
• Follow branding guidelines

11. Limitation of Liability

Retrack Automation is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, business downtime, or operational losses.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.
